Authentic National Guard of Russia Internal Troops Patch. Internal troops were formed in 1811 and supported and reinforced the police, dealt with large-scale riots, internal armed conflicts and safeguarded highly-important  facilities like nuclear power plants.  In 2016, the Internal Troops became the National Guard Forces and now report directly to the Security Council and it's chairman, the President of Russia.
