This is the VKPO All Season Clothing System. It is standard issue to almost all Russian military units today. It consists of 8 main layers and several additional components. It is designed to keep the wearer dry warm from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit and can be rapidly adjusted based on activity level and weather conditions.
