These full finger gloves are for low temperatures with reinforcement fabric on the palm side for ease in working with your hands. The Russian military used these gloves with weapons and mountain equipment. The wrists are tightened with loops on the Velcro, which contributes to a tight fit and secures the glove tightly on the palm, preventing the elements to creep in, as well as allowing you to fasten them to a belt or equipment.
