Arctic Leopard Urban Pants A-TACS FG
These are pants made by Arctic Leopard, the same company that manufactures the famous Gorka 4. These pants are called "Urban" pants because they are a cross between tough tactical pants for field use and comfortable pants for office use.

-two are fastened with Velcro
The belt buckle is fastened with a strong plastic Velcro. Metal zipper. Belt loops on the waist of trousers are designed for a 38 mm Trouser belt.
A strong elastic band sewn into the back of the belt provides adjustment of the trousers in the waistband.

Former infantry recon here, was looking for some cheap and decent A-TACS camo pants and ended up buying these. I got the 52-4 size; I'm 5'10, 215lbs and they fit perfectly. These aren't "military grade"; they have no drawstring on the legs, there's a rubber manufacturers emblem on the rear side of the waist, and the material is a bit thin (like hot weather pants, not necessarily a bad thing).
They're good pants though and for 50$ they're priced well; came back to buy more but my size was out.
